NEED ASSISTANCE IN THESE AREAS: I need to feet on the street when I am buying a house or managing property. DIGITAL DELIVERY - Must be reliable and honest. -You must have a good smartphone to record and take pictures. -upload images and email them to me by Google drop. - communicate anything that doesn’t seem right. - you must have Venmo so I can pay you instantly once you completed. - Last case scenario, FaceTime to see property in an area of concern ( like a leak, a foundation crack etc) DUTIES: 1) PICTURES OF HOME FOR SALE: - you will have permission from Real Estate Agent, lockbox or meet. - Take pictures of items in the house so that you are my eyes to check for problems with the house. Minimum 30 quality pictures & 3 minute video ( I will let you know what to record) Pay will be $30 once I confirm pictures & videos. Please also let me know what else you can do for me ( example: cleaning, construction, painting, property management) Feel free to let me know what you specialize in so that way if I need you I can call on you, I instantly pay once you do your part I will definitely do my part.
