Fiberglass manufacturer seeks highly driven individuals for short-term, full-time contract labor for light pole winding operations in dusty, dirty conditions, subject to significant temperature variations. Regular Duties include: *Understanding and following ALL verbal instructions from supervisor *Setting up the computer and operating the winding machine *Finishing (sanding, painting, trimming, wrapping, bagging, crating) completed poles while maintaining safety, quality, efficiency and housekeeping *Maintaining an efficiency of at least 90% *Maintaining housekeeping *All other duties as assigned Required Qualifications: *Ability to adapt to changes in the winding and finishing process *Must be able to hear and comprehend all verbal instructions *Must be able to read a tape measure *Must have a TEAM-oriented mentality *Must have and maintain INTEGRITY, with a passion to excel and deliver exceptional results *While performing the duties of the job, employee is regularly required to use hands, talk, hear, stand, and walk *Heavy / team lifting - poles (60 – 80 lbs.), resin buckets (30 – 40 lbs.), bales of glass (45 – 50 lbs.) *Ability to adhere to and assist in maintaining a drug- and alcohol-free culture *Must have transportation to and from the job site in Arcade *Fluency in English Preferred Qualifications: *High School diploma or GED *Fiberglass experience preferred *Fluency Spanish
