Investment/Property Management company looking for a contractor to do general rehab work - framing, sheetrock, flooring, carpentry, paint, pressure washing, soffit/fascia, windows, light plumbing, electrical, etc. Properties are primarily in the Lakewood Heights, Cleveland Avenue areas. Before responding, please be aware of our requirements: 1. Must be authorized to work in US 2. Clean record, driver license, own truck, trailer, tools, generator 3. Experienced in home renovations and repairs 4. We do not do any advances - payment is weekly as jobs are done. Do not respond if you need daily pay or advances ! 5. We will perform a background check at no expense to you 6. Insurance is required - if you do not currently have it, we can refer you to our agent who can do a reasonable policy for you 7. Prefer that you have your own LLC or company that you do business under Previous contractor was with us for several years before moving out of area. We are looking for another long term reliable business relationship and have a good volume of work to keep you quite busy and we always pay on time.
