Pastors & Leadership Conference The Next Level International Assembly created this Pastors and Leadership Conference for pastors and leaders to be encouraged, refreshed, and equipped to continue on the journey God has called them to. NLIA exists to help pastors and leaders with a dream in their heart to reach their city with the hope of Jesus. We are focused on assisting church planters in casting vision, the conference is designed to connect church pastors and leaders, to encourage church planters, and to champion the cause of Christ. This leaders’ conference was founded to focus on a new generation of church leaders and to strengthen leaders across the world. It seeks to unify, equip, and challenge leaders from varying streams, traditions, and generations of the Church.
