4 Star & Detroit barbell team up to bring an exceptional squat clinic. Join us and improve not only your squat but exercises for it as well! Welcoming long time friends Detroit Barbell into the gym to bring some International and senior level Powerlifting knowledge to the Olympic Weightlifting world we invite you to join us for this super clinic. Coaches from both clubs will be going over and work developing the squat for weightlifting athletes. We will break down and review squat fundamentals, where most go wrong, variations to help, supplemental movements, and other nuggets to help your body. This clinic is welcoming to all with a base knowledge of squatting with a barbell and we welcome Olympic lifters, powerlifters, crossfitter's, and athletes and civilians from all over to come improve. Everyone needs to squat better!
