We also have a large covered outside play area and certified play away wood chips so kids don't come home with muddy feet. I have also purchased a bus with commercial insurance for school transportation, We are located off Centennial, near Centennial Elementary/Value Village. Rates: Infant (until 36 months)Part time $941.00 Full time $1254.00 Toddler (36 months until 5 years) Part time $855. Full time $1140. Preschool $750. Full time $1000. School $563.00 Full time $750.00 Special needs same as infant rates Part time is up to 120 hours/Full time is 121 to 190 hours, anything over is $7.00 per hour Available openings: Infant (6 weeks - 11 months) 1 space Infant openings (over 12 months) 1 spaces Toddler (2 - 3 years) 4 spaces Preschool openings (4 - 5 years) 3 spaces School age 1 The large park like outside play area, and so much more to offer your little ones while you are away. I have 1 full time assistant, current CPR/First Aid, along with all daycare based classes, and food handlers. everyone has passed and must keep current on file with the Oregon criminal background registry along with fingerprints. I am located near, Centennial Elementary, Garden Way, Country Club Road, Harlow, Pioneer Parkway, and Coburg Road. Quick to I-105, we’re close to the Springfield/Eugene border. I have a large home in a nice neighborhood off the busy street with a large park like fenced I gladly accept DHS, a billing form needs to received or verification from your case worker or the direct pay unit prior to care starting, and copays need to stay current or care will end until payment is received. (Currently the state has been waiving copays check with your caseworker for more info). We all have the following: Current CPR/AED First Aid Trained. Current Food Handlers Cards Several hours of childcare based class hours. New home with a large fully fenced yard, with playground feel. All Criminal background checks completed for everyone that comes to my home, and posted for you to view, fingerprints are also now required. Home security system for your peace of mind (Door chime can be set) School bus for transportation References I offer the following USDA Meals - I serve breakfast, am snack, lunch, and afternoon snack, (meals are included @ no extra cost) Basic Sign Language (ASL) Crafts, coloring, board games, story time Lots of learning with play Age appropriate activities preschool curriculum will be offered in the fall for children able and willing to participate. My hours are Monday - Friday 5:30am - 5:30 pm we’re currently closing at 3:30pm until things go back to normal.
