Laborer with strong back needed

Need laborer to help with a few repairs I have scheduled. Must be able to lift 55-100 pounds repeatedly. Must be able to mix materials safely and effectively assist with building wooden forms. Must have own reliable transportation to and from work. Must be able to work nights and weekends. Cannot stress these enough. Cash can be paid daily but don't show up for work and find out how quickly that will stop. Will pay depending on skill level with these fields. Not exactly mandatory but would be nice if you could communicate in English, know how to read a tape measure, cut bricks safely on a wet saw, have some woodworking experience mostly just simple form building. If you are familiar with and can cut steel with torch or plasma and or cut off wheel a plus. I have work ongoing and not scheduled daily but I have many projects to be done and for someone flexible with their time could be compensated up to 20$ an hour cash.
