We have had a Red Bone that was a stray show up at our house about 6 weeks or so ago. She then left for 4 days but thinking she had returned to her owners she reappeared hit by a car and had been in a ditch for those days we believe since she lost a lot of weight. Her hip is fractured and she was given pain meds and antibiotics and needs time to heal the hip. There is a possibility she will never use her hind leg but time will tell. The reason she is needing to find a home is we have 9 kids who run in and out and we are afraid she will get hit by a car again. We have looked for owners and she is not microchip. She did also get her rabies when we had her to the bet for hip. We will love to see her go to only a inside home because she does great inside. Please feel Free to text me.
