Hello, I am in the process of purchasing a home and I need you to place a lock box on the property. I need you to purchase a lockbox the keys can be placed in, open up the lock box and set the code. Then I need you to go to the house and let the current occupants to place the keys in the lock box once they finish vacating the property.
