Compensation: $30/hr & up. Employment type: full-time I own a growing small business specializing in home remodeling. I am looking for a FULL-TIME skilled carpenter. Job starts at $30/hr. This position and this rate will demand an individual who knows the remodeling business and has vast experience. I’m willing to pay but I will expect the individual to have the skills. I will know if you possess those skills. So please don’t apply for this position unless you have them. Duties: • Home remodeling duties will include carpentry, plumbing, some minor electrical, sheetrock/taping, painting, light heating, etc. • Communicating and interacting with customers/homeowners • Maintaining an organized and clean workspace-ALWAYS. Required Skills and Experience: • MUST have experience in carpentry, plumbing, some electrical, sheet rock/taping, painting, light heating, etc. • MUST have direct experience rehabbing residential real estate • MUST have your own truck and your OWN tools. NO EXCEPTIONS • MUST be clean, organized, and professional • You will be expected to interact with customers. Strong verbal communication skills are required. • I want honest hard working people that want to work and take pride in their work. • I'm looking for self-motivated individuals.
