EXPERIENCED ROADSIDE RESCUE WORKERS

We are looking for experienced roadside rescue workers in this area. We need people who understand that it shouldnt take 60 minutes to go to a call that has a 20 minute ETA. We need people that we dont have to call 4 or 5 times in the early mornings to make sure that they are awake and are going to the call. One call should be enough. In the past, we would take non experienced people, but they just didnt work out. We are trying to build a strong company with real good drivers to do a real good job. There is plenty of money in this area and we pay above the industry standard, but we wont settle for less then your best. As you know, the shifts are 12 hours. Im looking for midnight till noon and weekends. Is this something that you can do? Is this something you can commit to? If you are not sure, answer some other ad.
