FRAMING: The framing project is in La Grange you will need a generator to run power tools I need an EXPERIENCED framer to help me frame and roof 2 work shops and bungalow. The first shop is 2I have ongoing projects and want someone with lots of experience and your own tools to help me frame in and finish out some buildings. If you have experience with electric, foundations, plumbing that is a plus. There will be metal roofing with rafters, ridge, gables and purlins Looking for an ongoing working relationship Please include photos of YOUR OWN work with your first reply. If you have access to a tractor with auger for fencing and pier holes please let me know. CMU block: This project is in Pflugerville I am using 4"x8"x1" CMU blocks to build raised 3 courses high.
