I cannot believe the largest church in Etowah, North Carolina that has an approximate annual budget of $500,000.00 and ZERO debt on their buildings and grounds refuses to pay a musician for his/her time, talent, and services. If you guys can't find a church member to volunteer for these positions and, instead, advertise outside of your congregation then you should pay for those services. “Woe to him who builds his house by unrighteousness, and his upper rooms by injustice, who makes his neighbor serve him for nothing and does not give him his wages" Jeremiah 22:13. What a joke! The only thing is we aren't laughing!
