Hourly only. Up to $35 an hour. i’m usually pretty flexible on timing. If your off on the weekends -that works. If your slow, that’s fine. I’m a building contractor and work on my jobs. I’m looking for a good framer to step in here and there. Patio cover, Detached building, additions, framing for decks, etc. This will start out as a part time hourly position until I get the feel for you. We may decide to keep it that way, or work on a percentage/contract basis if we decide to continue working together. This is on an as needed basis. I currently have a few things ready. All of this work is in and around Collinsville Texas, 76233. I have all the tools Or you can use your own and be compensated for that. Important thing is that you know you business. You will be required to know how to do it all. From plate to rafters. You will not be left to do this alone. Unless it’s possible. Must have dependable transportation, may be able to start and finish the project. thanks
