All-Star Labor and Staffing is hiring for Assembly positions in the Wilsonville, OR area. These positions are for a manufacturing company that handles plastic part materials. These positions are temp-to Hire. The essential functions for the position: • Must be able to read and follow procedures and follow verbal instructions. • Assemble individual parts or components manually or with machinery. May include Sonic Welding, press fitting, gluing, drilling, milling, or other operations. Trim gates and flash to quality standards and maintains acceptable PPE standards. • Verify parts meet our standards for quality. Identify any rejects and reasons for rejection as needed. • Keep an accurate count of all parts, either manually or using scales. Fill out count summaries, work orders, and labels accurately and legibly. Verify lot numbers with work order and container. • Communicate effectively with other employees. Notify supervisor or lead of any problems. • Physically move products, boxes, pallets, etc. to appropriate areas, as assigned. • Proficient at 50% or more assembly jobs. The Schedule for the positions: Day Shift- Monday- Thursday 6am-4:30pm with Overtime on Fridays.
