Description
The Mobile Home Park Maintenance Employee will assist and support in the required property management maintenance necessary to maintain curb appeal and the overall appearance and quality of the property.
Must be knowledgable in plumbing, electrical, gas, water systems, basic construction, and have experience in operating power tools. Must also be experience in groundskeeping, lawn cutting, tree trimming and clean up of 200 space mobile home community. Knowledge of OSHA, safety, and HCD regulations a plus.
**MUST be reliable and available to work Monday though Friday 7:00 am to 3:30 pm. **
**MUST HAVE VALID DRIVERS LICENSE, Social Security Card, and be local to Hemet.**
Some Job duties include:
• Read meters
• Clean buildings and ground areas
• Regular inspection of all streets and walkways of trash and debris
• Clean park owned spaces
• Clean common area facilities including the around clubhouse, pool table room, restrooms, pool area and laundry facilities.
• Inspect street lights on a weekly basis
• Remove all graffiti as soon as it happens
• Assist in special projects as needed
• Perform routine maintenance as needed.
• Keep RV storage and equipment area in an organized way and working condition.
• Restock soap dispensers and paper products as needed in the restrooms, laundry rooms, and kitchens
Skills required:
• High attention to detail
• Time management skills
• General maintenance skills
• Maintenance and repair experience in a Mobilehome park or apartment setting.
