Worker for Deck Construction and Painting/Staining

I am looking for a good worker to help with deck building and also painting and staining railings and fences. Must have experience and be dependable and neat. Must also have DEPENDABLE transportation (a car, not public transit). Please reply with a description of your experience. Responses without that information will not be considered.
