Woodworker needed in Furniture shop

I am looking for an experienced woodworker to work in a furniture shop. We make chairs, sofas, tables, and cabinets. I will need help milling lumber, gluing table tops, and most importantly sanding. Must have experience with all the basic woodworking tools like the planer, joiner, table saw, chop saw, and router. You MUST have at least 3 years of experience working directly in a furniture or cabinet shop. no exceptions will be made because there is nobody available to train.
