We seek a 2 man crew to do work on smaller flip homes... We seek someone that can install and wrap windows.... We have access to a metal brake for the RIGHT person... We need someone that knows how to mix mortar and can fill cracks in basement walls.. some repair backfilling, some block window work.. Typical Scope of work is Clean out on houses, Test Electctrical. Plumbing, Spray Walls, Ceilings, trim and doors. clean up yards, some siding repair... light drywall repair... replace toilets, vanitys, mirrors... Basic Make Ready for Rentals.. Someone with these Most the skillsets, should make 800 to 1200 per week. A Very skilled handiman, should make 1500 or more a week, Weak skills or poor quality of work will not make much, as we will not keep you around. Simple rules to follow....
