Loading and unloading of material from delivery trucks into the warehouse for efficient processing. Involves pallet jack operation, processing unloaded material and general clean-up Duties/Responsibilities The warehouse associate's responsibilities include, but are not limited to: • Unload pallets from delivery trucks with manually operated pallet jacks. • Ability to occasionally lift materials weighing up to 50+ pounds • Accurate completion of required paperwork, understanding the importance of detail and accuracy • Properly pull and package customer orders • Operate pallet scale system for truck loading • Operate pallet lift for loading/unloading of pallet racks in warehouse • General warehouse work including cleaning, sweeping, trash removal, etc. • Ability to adhere to and enforce all safety procedures • Inspect and test customer returns and convey findings to customer service Physical Requirements: Must tolerate frequent periods of standing and unloading pallets as well as building pallets to be shipped out Shrink-wrap pallets with deliveries going to Amazon facilities. Stickering inventory for Amazon inventory management system.
