Help removing and re-installing patio cover

I have a 12X12 simple patio cover that was added to the house at some point, on the tail of the trusses. So it is low and ugly. I have a YouTube video of the same job I want, being done to a house in Tempe. I am a carpenter and my specialty is kitchens and baths. I'm looking for some one with experience in framing and/or roofing to help me. I would love to trade work. but am able to pay for your time. I'm making the cover 16X16. So I need someone that is familiar with rise and run. I can send pictures/video so you can see the job. The 3rd Picture is from the job being done at another house.
