ASAP Crane, Rigging, Marine and Tree Service is seeking a person to join our team. Temporary to permanent position... Ideal candidate will take over the business! Please read entire ad before responding. Follow instructions at bottom of page... Skilled Tree and Rigging Transportation provided from meeting place in Zephyrhills to and from the project. Contact info...Experience...Age Top money paid for the ideal person that can work out of a bucket to remove a tree without damaging anything under it in a designated drop zone and be able to perform rigging of all types without supervision. Flexible work hours Un-scheduled days off without notice or calling in will result in automatic termination. All you have to do is show up on time every day and give me a good days work. I supply drinks and buy breakfast/lunch for the crew. Bonuses for all that go above and beyond expectations. Bonuses for getting the company work. We also do whatever it takes to keep busy every day (including construction involving flipping houses, processing scrap, maintenance on company equipment and property etc.) MUST HAVE RELIABLE TRANSPORTATION and SHOW UP ON TIME. MUST have a clean driving record. MUST live close to Z-Hill MUST be willing to learn. MUST be willing to follow instructions no matter what (this means whatever your boss tells you to do). MUST have mechanical common sense. MUST have a "can do" attitude. MUST not be afraid of heights (you may be working out of a bucket 65 feet high) MUST be a HARD WORKER and be able to keep up with me. (60 yo) MUST not have any felonies. I am willing to train the right person. If you can't show up after pay day - do not reply. If you do not own reliable transportation - do not reply. People with prior tree experience working out of a bucket must know crane signals...and be able to take a tree down without anything touching the Roof below... Power lines... Plants... Fence... Shed... Yard... Irrigation... ANYTHING that could be damaged... As per customer request... That's the 10ft by 10ft drop zone... We work on high end homes and commercial properties. Drug and alcohol testing as needed. Background check will be done. Drivers license. Preferred CDL. We work flexible hours (some days 4 hours a day, some days may be 12 hours). You may have days off during the week and need to work an occasional weekend - it all depends on the work scheduled although I do my best to leave weekends free the majority of the time. We do work for large corporate companies and high end homes...so the flexibility is necessary. Pay will be discussed upon hiring (either weekly base salary or hourly pay) and depends on your experience, reliability and proof that you can do what you say you can do (steady rate of pay will be determined after working for at least a week with me.) Fuel (gas) stipend will be given for trips over 30 miles from our "home base" in Zephyrhills. (We may travel as far as Crystal River to St. Petersburg to Zephyrhills to Plant City to Lakeland to Riverview to Bradenton, etc.) Our main areas of work, however, are in Pasco and Pinellas Hillsborough Counties.
