Part Time Porter/Maintenance Person for a small multifamily property wanted ($150/month for about 7-8 hours of regular work per month) + ($35-40/hour for snow removal) --------------------------------------------------------- Duties include, but are not limited to: Every Tuesday and Friday: - Organize and sort garbage and recycled items and put it out on the curb - Keep clean all of the common/public areas. Once a month: - Clean, sweep, and mop hallways and stairways. --------------------------------------------------------- Snow removal ($35-40/hour on top of regular monthly pay): - Stand-by to remove snow after snow fall, and spread salt if necessary. --------------------------------------------------------- Required: - MUST LIVE OR CURRENTLY WORK IN FLUSHING - Background check - Must speak & understand English - Able to perform heavy lifting when necessary - Must be flexible and ready to remove snow after a snowfall (includes weekends & holidays). - Keep good relations with tenants and neighbors To apply, send your resume to: [email protected]
