We specialize in pest management services for residential buildings, commercial business and homes. Our Pest Management Professionals are trained to protect your business and homes against pests using the latest techniques. All of our employees are uniformed and carry identification. Job Description: We are looking for solid, hard working individuals MUST BE TRAINED IN PEST CONTROL, experience with bedbugs. MUST BE RELIABLE and PUNCTUAL! Route available in the Westchester, Rockland, Putnam and Connecticut. Only Pest Control qualified candidates please apply. Candidates must be have good communication skills; organized; ability to work cooperatively with customers and office staff, must document observations for all calls required. MUST FOLLOW A DAILY ROUTE SHEET. *****DAILY COMMUNICATION WITH OFFICE IS A REQUIREMENT**** Requirements: - Must be reliable and punctual - Excellent references - Must be patient and respectful with Office Staff, Customers, Superintendents and Management. Positive attitude! - Must be able to lift heavy furniture Duties include: - Daily communication with office staff - Documenting service calls, preparing written reports and chemical reports - Recommending and performing pest control services - Inspection of structures to determine pest issues - Instruct Tenants and Superintendents on pest issues and services performed including steps for prevention - Safely using and securing products and materials - Notifying owner about sales opportunities - Compensation for bringing new business to the company
