Join owner Chef Mike Cordero and our Executive Chef, Danny Kim for an incredible French Wine Dinner. A five course menu paired with some of the most renowned French wine varietals. ~ Reception at 6:30 PM - Dinner at 7:00 PM ~ Five course French Wine dinner offered at $85 per person, excluding tax and gratuity-- seating is limited. Menu (1st Course) Mussels- Fresh mussels cooked with shallots, garlic and fresh herbs. Topped with herb bread crumbs and served with a roasted garlic baguette. Biscaye Baie, Côtes de Gascogne Sauvignon Blanc (2nd Course) Flounder Menuniere- Sauteed flounder, cauliflower puree, pickled leeks and burr blanc. Bouchard Père & Fils, Bourgogne Chardonnay La Vignée (3rd Course) Duck- Seared duck breast, confit duck leg, roasted figs, pinot noir jus and crispy pee wee potatoes. Bouchard Père & Fils, Bourgogne Pinot Noir La Vignée (4th Course) Beef Bourguignon- Tender short ribs in a rich beef broth, chard leeks, glazed carrots and potato au gratin. Château Lassègue, Les Cadrans de Lassègue Saint-Émilion Grand Cru (5th Course) Opera Cake- Thin layers of almond cake, soaked in coffee syrup.
