While pregnant with twins, yoga emshowed how to relax my body and breathe. Once a mom of 3, I do my asana practice full time. I completed my 200 hr training with Shine Yoga School in 2016 and yin yoga training in 2017. I have taught Bikram style yoga as well as Vinyasa and power Vinyasa classes for over 2 years. When my life took a turn last year I knew something was missing from my practice and I discovered Yoga XTC. I completed my second 200 hr training Ranjani Powers in 2020. I now focus on blending traditional approach with fun of modern western styles. I love to bring people together and just share what I know, share what love.
