We are a rapidly growing maintenance and handyman services company, seeking skilled, experienced people to help meet the growing demand of our customer base. Our team is looking for experienced, craftsmen who know their way around tools and are proven problem solvers. This is a great opportunity for an individual or a small company looking to have steady well paid maintenance and handyman work all year round. This is strictly a 1099 position so you are free to take on other work along with our projects. With that said we have tons of work and can keep you busy everyday if you want! Must have a drivers license and reliable transportation to get to service calls. Below are the type of skills we are looking for: * Electrical skills - change a light fixture, light switch, outlet, install new outlet, change a ballast * Plumbing skills - replace a faucet, replace a sink, stop a leak, clear a drain, maybe put in a hot water tank * Basic carpentry skills - repair wood floor, change locks, put in new door or window, repair door or window, update trim * Sheetrock skills - repair hole in wall, installation, taping and finishing skills * Basic masonry skills
