Wait time to receive payment after completion of work is 10-14 days for regular payment and 2-7 days for express payment. Work includes, but are not limited to: - Roofing, Rehab, Repairs, etc. - Recurring Grass Cuts/Snow Removals - Securing - lock work and boarding - Trash Outs - Winterization - Minor Property Repairs - Janitorial - Also seeking licensed contractors (Roofing, Electric, Plumbing, Mold Remediation, etc.) All potential vendors are required to have an Aspen Grove ABC number. Additionally, we also require a General Liability insurance of $1m The equipment is necessary to receive work from the company along with supplies that include bank coded knob locks, deadbolts, padlocks, hasps, lock boxes, lumber, building supplies, tarps, RV antifreeze, etc. We expect the vendors to have the following soft skills: 1.
