Rehoming Beautiful Female Cat - Please Read

I am looking to rehome my difficult cat to preferably someone with a barn or outside area. She is friendly- but has issues including being INCREDIBLY territorial (she's marking because she hates my other cat), touch and go, and otherwise difficult. I live in an apartment, have seen a vet regarding her marking recently, and this isn't looking like a great fit. I took her in originally as she was posted for free on craigslist three years ago- but tried to work with her before rehoming. She does NOT do well in my home and I'm at wit's end as she just peed on a family heirloom... She is spayed, but due for rabies and distemper. She is sweet but will change like a light switch and bite/swat moments after she's drooling from your petting...I am also overstating this because I want someone to be fully aware of what you're getting into. Maybe she can be rehabilitated- but not with me. Small rehoming fee applies.
