Need a Mechanic to Get my 2000 Ford 250 Plow truck running smooth agai

I have a 2000 Ford 250 yard pick up plow truck No Bed on rear [all open in rear and ez to work on] I plowed last week and today it will only sputter and not keep running. Not sure why, but has been a reliable truck for me for past 3 years and want to jump in and be reliable again. I want it running, a tune up, oil changed, wiper blades changed, headlights that are out put in, gas tank strap replaced...Everything that you think needs done, but not for inspection-no cosmetics, etc Parts stores are nearby [I can buy what we need ] We live on a hill so it is outside, but accessible to my heated garage, but I have no real tools, so you need yours.
