My Indy Cleaning Services provides residential cleaning in the Indianapolis area and surrounding communities such as Carmel, Fishers, Noblesville, Lawrence, and more. Requirements: - This contract agreement requires at least two years of paid professional cleaning experience - You MUST have Professional General Liability Insurance - You MUST have a valid driver's license and your own working vehicle - Submit to and pass a background check - Provide your own cleaning supplies - You must have access to a smartphone or email We want you if you: - Have excellent communication and collaboration skills - Have experience maintaining a pleasant demeanor in difficult situations - Have a keen attention to detail - Have great organizational skills with the ability to prioritize a client's needs - Are reliable - You are looking for more opportunities to grow and excel in your professional cleaning career House Cleaner responsibilities include but are not limited to the following: - Scrubbing and sanitizing bathrooms, toilets, showers, and sinks - Scrubbing and sanitizing all kitchen fixtures and appliances - Dusting ceiling, light fixtures, picture frames, tables, and chairs - Spot cleaning doors and frames - Vacuuming and mopping all types of flooring - Performing interior window cleaning - Vacuuming carpets
