Immediate opening for Snowplowing Professional to run a plowing/shoveling/salting crew. Need accomplished driver to operate our 4 wheel drive snowplow truck to clear residential driveways. We have shovelers to ride shotgun with you. You help get the snowblower out of the truck using ramps, then plow driveway and help shoveler finish the walks and salt surfaces with 5 gallon buckets. You will follow a route and keep track of each property filling out the paperwork. Several storms this week which will allow you to practice and get the route down. Shovelers have been doing the route this winter, so they are familiar with the properties. Call Mike to set up an interview appointment. He will be at the shop Sunday morning Feb 7th to get ready for the storm. Need part time and on-call snow operations personnel for Plowing, Salting and shoveling our customers property. Looking for Manager, Foreman, Crew Chief and-or Laborer/Technicians. Full time Landscaping positions are available. We are looking for the best of the best to help us keep our customers happy by recovering safe driveways and walkways after every storm. Must have valid driver's license with clean driving record. Exceptional Snowplow Operator Skills: Show up on time for every storm as the customers are expecting us to be there. Keep accurate track of accounts either legible paperwork or on your phone with Service Autopilot. Quality control, customers expect high level of service with safe black pavements to move around on. Zero tolerance for damage to customers property, our trucks and other vehicles. Debrief storm, improvements for travel time and schedule, keep truck clean and report needed repairs.
