Description

I need 1 (potentially 2) full HVAC systems installed in a 2-story, 1-family residential home under construction in Oak Bluffs (on Martha's Vineyard island, accessible by Steamship Authority Ferry for $118 round-trip). You are an experienced HVAC / heating & cooling installer, and can work with sheetmetal. You provide tools, we provide HVAC systems, line-sets. You provide ducting, and any remaining items. Electrician will supply wiring. We will need some guidance from you on system choice & duct work. Current systems in mind are: 1) for smaller 2nd FL: heat pump outdoors: ducted mini-split air handler in closet: 4 ducts, flexible, run through attic 2) for 1st FL: propane gas furnace in basement air handler in basement central A/C condenser outside mixture of rigid and flexible duct work Work to start within next 2-3 weeks.
