About the company: Supreme Motors Corp is a new, state-of-the-art used car dealership and service center located in West Wareham, MA. Our goal is to provide the best used vehicles and services on the South Coast and surrounding areas. To do that we need an amazing team. We are a small family owned and operated business. Currently, we are a tight knit team of six employees but are growing and therefore need to expand our team. We are looking to hire someone who is dedicated to being a part of a growing business, looking for a long-term career, and who is passionate about producing quality workmanship. What we are looking for: We are looking for an auto detailer who has a keen eye for detail and precision. Although you will often be working alone, communication and customer service skills are important as you will be required to communicate with the service manager, other members of the team, and occasionally with customers. You must be willing to comply with company policies and standards and understand that quality service is key to success with and for our company. Experience is a must. Job type: To be determined. Full-time, part-time or per diem. Schedule: Regular opening hours for service are Monday- Friday 8AM to 5PM and Saturday 8AM-3PM. Exact work schedule to be determined. License/ Certification: Driver’s license Pay: To be determined. Based on experience. Per diem, hourly or per vehicle. Responsibilities: Cleaning of vehicle’s exterior and interior to company standards and or client’s request. Operating machinery such as buffers, steamers, vacuums, hoses, and other equipment (all provided by Supreme Motors Corp) Maintain the functionality of all tools and equipment Responsible for keeping a tidy and organized workspace Adhere to requirements for use and disposal of hazardous waste Managing inventory and communicating with service manager to order depleting supplies Requirements: Must have a valid driver’s license with a good driving record Ability to meet physical requirements of detailing (bending over, kneeling, etc.) Prior detailing experience (1 year +)
