Brockton Veterans: If you are a veteran aged 75+, please make an appointment to be vaccinated at the Veteran's Association (VA). Call (800) 865-3384 to make an appointment.
Brockton Seniors: If you are aged 75+ AND you have a Primary Care physician through Signature Healthcare, you can call Signature Healthcare to sign up for a vaccination appointment. Please bear in mind that appointments are not guaranteed given the limited vaccine stock. Call (833) 697-4822 to inquire.
