BROCKTON, MA — Brockton created a new plan to speed up the process of getting a COVID-19 vaccine available to the city and its residents. The plan is set to include online registration for city residents, as well as mobile vaccine sites at senior housing centers, WBZ News Radio reported. The plan is set to target neighborhoods that have been highly affected by the virus, as well as help residents sign up for the vaccine by phone or in-person, all of which will be conducted by workers hired by the Brockton Board of Health. Brockton Mayor Robert Sullivan also requested Gov. Baker open a public vaccination site in Brockton. For more on this story, see WBZ News Radio.
