ESSEX, MD — A teen has been missing from Essex since Feb. 1. Police said Jaylan Fulton, 14, was last seen before 5 p.m. on Monday. Jaylan, who is missing from Hyde Park Road, is 4 feet, 11 inches tall and 100 pounds and was wearing a white sweatshirt with black pants and white shoes when last seen. Have you seen Jaylan?
