STAMFORD, CT — A city resident is $10,000 richer after purchasing a winning lottery ticket this week in Stamford, according to the Connecticut Lottery. On Thursday, Juzelley Joseph Dieudonne won $10,000 playing a "30X Cash 7th Edition" game. The winning ticket was purchased from Cove Road Mini Mart in Stamford.
