Mirabella at ASU is excited to identify full-time Custodians/Floor Techs to provide routine and special cleaning services throughout the community in an effort to promote a progressive customer service culture. Schedule is Monday-Friday, Days (7:00 a.m.-3:30 pm) or Evening Shift (3:00-11:30 pm) Availability to work occasional weekend shifts is a plus! About You: One (1) year of experience in housekeeping, custodial, cleaning or a related field is preferred. Floor care experience is a plus! (Stripping, waxing, extracting carpet) Skills in operating Custodial equipment and tools. (auto scrubber, slow speed scrubber, high speed burnisher, wet vacuum, sweepers, disinfecting electrostatic equipment.) Knowledge of solutions, chemicals, and pertinent cleaning supplies. This position may require occasional assistance with Valet/Transportation services. A valid Arizona driver’s license and insurability by our designated carrier is highly preferred. Maintain minimum eligibility requirements on driving record. Ability to prioritize to make sure that all scheduled events are set up in time. Ability to read and understand label instructions.
