SECAUCUS, NJ — Secaucus residents: Would you be interested in a weekly share of seasonal, Jersey-grown, certified organic vegetables that are harvested and delivered on the same day? If so, join the Secaucus Environmental Department for a virtual "Meet the Farmer & CSA 101" on Feb. 25. CSA stands for Community Supported Agriculture, and it's where you pay to sign up and receive fresh, organic fruits and vegetables once a week in the warmer months.
