We are looking for hard working, dedicated and customer-service oriented people to join our team. We provide the highest quality of craftsmanship, design ingenuity and fine gardening maintenance to residential clients in our service area. Our small team works closely together to provide full service for our clients for the life of their garden. We are not a mow-blow gardening company, we manage high-end gardens where the highest of quality work is required. We are willing to train the right person to the standards required for fine gardening service. Duties: *Perform duties such as mowing, edging, pruning, weeding, blowing, planting, hand watering and removal of landscape debris *Good eye for detail, plant knowledge (preferred) *Work well with others in a team environment and be helpful and courteous to customers *Assist in loading and unloading of power equipment, tools, materials and garden debris daily from company vehicles. Qualifications: *An excellent attitude, a willingness to learn, a desire to do good work *2+ years experience landscaping or construction *Reliable, prompt, and able to work hard, use tools, lift up to 60# *Bi-Lingual *Valid drivers license preferred *Ability to effectively understand & communicate with the manager and crew members *Must be physically able to work in the year round outdoor environment performing manual labor *Follow company procedures and focus on safety Benefits: Paid Vacation Sick Leave Profit Sharing
