As a Technician with either no or little experience, you know that your day can start off doing a water remediation job, to a mold mitigation project, and end with an emergency service at a commercial building. Each day you are working as a team with a Lead Technician and learning a new trade. If you have no experience, you'll learn as you go being trained by a Lead Technician. Always striving to ensure that you are putting your best foot forward and your Customer Skills are off the charts. You care about what you do because your customers depend on you. Getting a call after hours or while being on-call for an emergency service is part of the job but you thrive on helping people in tough times....like when their toilet has overflowed throughout the house.
