Description
Beach Street Inn is looking for a Hotel Janitor to join our team.
The Hotel Janitor oversees the general cleanliness of the hotel property.
Daily responsibilities include:
Cleaning the pool and pool area
Sweeping and mopping the external stairways, balconies, and corridors
Washing the windows and exterior furniture
Garbage and recycling
Supporting housekeeping staff with stocking supplies and carrying linen.
Helping in laundry when needed.
The ideal candidate is a self starter, who works well both independently and as a part of a team. Someone who can complete tasks quickly and without supervision will be successful in this position.
Must be able to bend, stand for extended periods and lift 50 lbs.
This is a part time position for right now, Friday's, Saturdays, and Sundays. As business picks up full time work will be available if desired.
Must be available to work weekends and holidays.
Pay is dependent on experience.
