Childcare swap/ babysitter nights and weekends

Looking to swap care for nights and weekends or a few hours during the day before I go in for night shift. I have a 1 and 4 year old son. Im in the Army Reserves and don't go anywhere but to work and back. I have experience watching kids (babies -10 years of age). I'm 24. I'm not looking to babysit for a job just trying to cut down on expenses by care swaping. I'm also looking for a babysitter. A lot of childcare facilities aren't open the hours I need. Maybe our schedules alternate. I work rotating days and nights. My schedule is : Mon-Thurs 7 am- 7 pm Off 7 days Fri-Mon 7pm- 7am Off tues-thurs Fri-sun 7am-7pm Off Monday Tues-thur 7pm-7am Off fri-sun Even if you could just do a weekend for a weekend that's fine.
