We are looking for men or woman who would be interested in Waterproofing, I'll keep this straight forward and say this, it is very hard work. You can use this job as a great workout as well as getting paid. We use hand shovels to dig in the earth that God created and thats a great feeling in itself. We carry buckets of stone like the Egyptians did and mix concrete by hand with a mixing hoe. We have a great team that is Non-smoking and Non-drug use which is great to have and a must from this point forward. We are also looking for people that can show up on time and have their own means of transportation, boots, work clothes etc. Bring your own lunch to the job and let's have a great day of work. Normal work days are from 8:00am - 4:30 pm that way you can take a 30 minute lunch break. First time pay starts at $10 per hour however depending on what we see while you are on the job and your work ethic it will be bumped to $12 very quickly. We have several guys and girls that are already at $15 per hour and they have showed great potential.
