Press release from the City of Cedar Falls: February 4, 2021 Due to inclement weather, the following Cedar Falls City facilities will be closing at 1:00 p.m. on February 4, 2021: The Cedar Falls Recreation and Fitness Center The Hearst Center for the Arts Cedar Falls Tourism and Visitors Bureau Additionally, the Cedar Falls Public Library is closed on February 4 as well. City Hall will remain open under normal business hours. The Cedar Falls Recreation and Fitness Center will reopen at 8:00 a.m. on February 5 and there will be no early bird lap swim or classes prior to 8:00 a.m. All aquatics for the night of February 4 are canceled.
