Come for yoga with Ngọc and enjoy brunch at Grain Traders after class. Greet the morning with an hour of mindful movement and breath work. Yoga will be held in the outdoor patio at Grain Traders in West Hollywood. Please bring your own mat, mask and water bottle. Must have ticket to attend. The event is free, but donations are appreciated🙏 Ngọc received her Yoga Certification in 2016 at The Soul Ascension School of Yoga in Big Pine Key, Florida. Her flow and meditation are sequenced to balance your mind, body and spirit. Ngọc’s purpose is to give her students a mindful experience for the senses.
