Electronics Testing Technician $16-$20Location: Menifee/Romoland areaPay Rate: $16-$20 Hour, DOESchedule: Monday to Friday, 6am to 2.30pm Duration: Long Term, Temp to Hire Opportunity Job Description: Conducts a variety of complex electrical, mechanical and environmental tests to monitor the performance of units produced. Designs layouts and fabricates test fixtures and/or equipment as required. Job Duties: Tests prototypes or parts to determine their conformance to Quality Control standards and specifications, under minimum supervision.Designs and/or fabricates test fixtures for new requirements or updates current fixtures/procedures.Inputs test data into PC and prepares results for engineers, QA and/or customers.Operates digital readout voltmeter, oscilloscope, automated equipment, and environmental chambers. Assists and helps train lower level technicians as required. Skills & Experience: Technical school training in Electronics or equivalent of education, training and/or experience.One to two years’ experience as an Electronic or Test Technician, with trouble-shooting experience.Ability to solve basic mathematical problems; read and follow electrical schematics.Drug Screen and Background Check required.
