Looking to hire Foreman/helper for chain link and iron fencing and gate installation. Also looking for shop helper. Requirements - Must be reliable - Must be able to speak and understand English, understanding and speaking Spanish is a plus - Must be able to read and understand how a tape measure works - Must be able to get along with other people - Must be courteous aware of their surroundings and awake - Must not have a special relationship with the cell phone - Must be self motivated and able to stay busy (not babysat) - Must be able to stand on your feet and carry 60+ lbs or more over uneven ground at times Job Description: Seeking Chain link and Iron Fence installers, Foreman, Helpers and Shop man, Job duties include but not limited to: Fence installation of all types but primarily chain link and iron fencing. Foreman position requires experience and California Driver's License. Fencing is hard work and requires good physical condition, the ability to work outside, lift heavy objects, walk over uneven ground and be on your feet all day. Ability to lift 60 LBS or more, un-assisted, you will need to be on time and reliable. Ability to work with others, take and follow directions. Foreman must be able to run a job efficiently, read and understand drawings and able to communicate effectively with customers and management. If interested reply to this ad or stop in. Required Skills: Install Chain link and Iron Fencing and Gates Ability to read and understand English Load customers vehicles with material (shop man) Fill bags with materials (shop man) Maintain truck and tools Maintain yard and shop (shop man) Ability to lift 60 lbs Other duties as assigned. Qualifications: Ideal candidate would be over 18 years old, have 3 or more years installing Chain link, and Iron fencing and gates, Non-Smoker, welding experience, valid California Drivers License, has clean appearance, is reliable, has common sense and can get along with others.
