We want you and your soulmate to have a Valentine's weekend to remember with a special 4-course dinner for two prepared by Chef Stephen Seymore of RG's Temptations. This special Valentine's meal includes the following: First Course: Grilled zucchini stuffed with chicken, mushrooms and goat cheeseSecond Course: Choice of Soup or Salad; Tomato and Herb bisque w/ smoked cheddar mini crostini sandwich Iceberg wedge salad with diced tomatoes, blue cheese, candied apple wood smoked bacon, choice of dressing Third Course: Choice of Entree Surf n Turf: Grilled ribeye n poached butter lobster tail w/ roasted red potatoes and grilled garlic asparagus Pan seared stuffed chicken breast (peppers, onions, feta cheese, and spinach) seared tiger shrimp w/ roasted red potatoes, grilled garlic asparagus and garlic cream sauce Fourth Course: Three Layer Chocolate CakeChef's Special Sangria and wine options served with dinnerIncluded with your meal are professional romantic photos with your soulmate captured by Vice Productions.
